It's a very solid, standard Ramada. Nothing exciting but it certainly does the job for 2 or 3 nights. Room was plenty big and decently well-equipped. Lots of parking available and quite a couple of restaurant options down the road. The location near the highway and close to the Jasper National Park is ideal to explore the park. Reasonable rates, good value for the price. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Would totally consider staying there again.

Very convenient to get to and plenty of free parking. There is both Safeway grocery store and Walmart just next to the property. Bought bear spray at Walmart and bought some pre-made deli lunches from Safeway.

They are pet friendly, charged PER ROOM and not per pet. So it is very convenient for my family and for everyone who takes their pets on vacations. Also very good value money wise, therefor i will only do bussiness with them in Hinton. Spacious room, very comfy. Very well taken care of property. Polite and smiling staff. Lots of parking spots. The lobby is clean. They also have a pool and a hot tub that i did not go to but it seems like a lot of family did enjoy it. The breakfast was amazing, the hot plates were full, it tasted delicious. Will go back to that place for sure 😁

I loved how you use Dove products, it elevates the experience, and the breakfast you serve is phenomenal! I loved the deep bathtubs, and the shower pressure was great. I also liked the updated tvs! Great to have netflix.

Easy access from the highway and able to park close to front entry which made it easier for me to negotiate my suitcase and stuff after a long day driving. The room was clean and quiet and I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow!

Clean room. Very good organization of the overall staff, especially during breakfast (efficient, caring and discreet). The breakfast is varied and generous, which is very appreciated when travelling.

Clean, comfortable, spacious. Liked the Dove soaps and toiletries. Breakfast was great, plentiful and very delicious- lots of options- scrambled eggs/ hash browns/ sausage patties, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, coffee/ tea/ juices. Loved the waffle maker, cream cheese and fruit sauces. Loved the pool and hot tub. Exceeded my expectations! Very affordable option for visiting Jasper.

Hotel is in a good location. Staff is awesome! We arrived at night and got a room with noisy heater, but as soon we mentioned it to the reception, they found very quiet room and transferred us right away. We have to extend our stay for a couple more days and a lady at the reception gave us a discount what was very thoughtful. Liked a small but very well equiped gym. The grossery store right accross the hotel. Breakfast was a bonus and it had some variety for choosing. Room was clean and janitorial team daily provided full service in the room as well: tidied up the room, replaced towels, made a bed, coffee, etc, what rarely you can see at the hotel now days. In the lobby they daily served coffee and a water. Very appreciate it! Thank you!

The rate was great and helped us get closer to our final destination without having to drive for 12 hours. Very convenient. And has a Safeway right beside it so you can restock for a road trip. Breakfast was good enough and typical.

We loved the location. Being right when you come into town and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Having the 24/7 coffee/tea bar was a huge perk.
